We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our brand development team. A junior account executive supports a more senior account executive in finding new business opportunities, building partnership interest and retaining existing customers. This position encompasses contacting leads/clients to generate interest, working on marketing efforts to attract new brands, and supporting customers once a part of the ChicExecs family.
Job responsibilities: Prospect and identify quality potential brand partners for CE services Proactively reach out to potential leads via targeted email, calls, social media, Linkedin and networking Initiate communication via calls/emails to establish interest and partnership potential, at which point the lead is transferred to a Senior AE to close. Identify opportunities to upsell new and existing customers into additional services Design and development of client proposals via Canva Track activities in CRM System (SalesForce) Assist in emailing prospective clients of promotions and service offerings using email service provider (Pardot) The ideal candidate will: High energy, self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven
Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Effectively communicate and possess the interpersonal skills to thrive in a team environment but can also working autonomously High energy, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and competitive drive to surpass goals and succeed Passion for building relationships and solving problems Effective, persuasive communication style Ability to generate opportunity and produce results Knowledge of SalesForce/Pardot or Canva a plus Competent on Social Media platforms Strong Time management skills and hustle when it comes to completing tasks Job Type: Full-time working remotely for the short term then based in our San Marcos, CA office.
