Marketing Specialist position available in the Commercial Insurance industry. Eligible candidate must be professional, organized, possess excellent problem-solving skills and have a strong attention to detail. Must be able to handle multiple priorities and meet important deadlines. Requires a self-starter, who works well independently and in a team environment.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer and Business Services Management, the Marketing Specialist will work to develop marketing strategies and produce/analyze marketing results in order to achieve and maintain consistent company sales goals.

JOB EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

 Previous inter-office experience required

 Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (proficiency in Excel a must)

 Experience with video conferencing tools required (e.g. Teams, GoTo Meeting/Webinar)

 High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 6 (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)

 Email Marketing Service experience required (Experience with Constant Contact a Plus)

 Virtual Marketing experience required (e.g. Email broadcasting, Webinar creation & management and Website back end management)

 2+ years of experience in a similar position and/or within the Marketing Field

 Experience with Sales & Marketing Database management required (experience with SalesForce a plus)

 Experience using social media platforms for company marketing purposes required
