Our award-winning dips are available in healthy grocers and in major retailers such as Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Costco, Safeway/Vons, and Target.

Job Purpose
As a Graphic Designer at Bitchin' Sauce, you will play a pivotal role in conveying the pre-established visual identity of our brand across various platforms. From physical to digital marketing materials, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative company. We're looking for someone who is not only a master of design tools but can also amplify our current branding.
Duties and responsibilities
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements for advertisements, brochures, packaging,
signage, social media graphics, website elements, email newsletters, and more.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors, layouts, and branding for each graphic
Work with CMO, VP of Marketing, and Director of Marketing to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Web Development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement
Other duties that may arise from time to time
Qualifications
Proven experience (3 years) in a graphic design position preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Demonstrated success in developing digital designs
Understanding print production processes and specifications to ensure designs are optimized for various printing methods and materials.
Professional understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Working conditions
Employees are subject to Food Safety standards in the facility
The Employee will be responsible for time sensitive tasks that may require specific working hours
The Employee may be required to travel to marketing events, trade shows, etc.
The Employee is expected to work in a full-time capacity
The Employee must be able to work in a remote work environment.

Compensation
This position starts at a base salary between $65,000-$70,000 commensurate with experience.
