Join the mini donut shop that was named Best in San Diego in San Diego Magazine We are hiring for our UTC Mall location.
Hours:
Part time or full time available
Available Shifts:
Weekdays AM and PM
Weekends PM
Pay:
$17.25/hr plus tips. Tips are pooled and typically amount to $3-$5 additional for each hour worked. That means everyone is averaging over $20/hr

What do team members do?
You'll learn everything! You'll be making donuts. You'll be decorating and topping donuts. You'll be taking care of customers. Team members are trained on every aspect of the business. For those interested, store lead and management positions will be filled from within.
What do team members need?
First and foremost you'll need excellent customer service skills. Luckily, people are generally happy when they're buying donuts. All you need to do is keep them that way, and with our adorable little mini donuts, that's easy to do with a positive and outgoing attitude.
Some of our ingredients come in large packaging, so the ability to lift 25-50 pounds is helpful.
There is never a lack of things to do, so someone who is a go-getter and doesn't need a huge amount of direction will do well.
No experience is necessary but if you've ever been a cashier, waitress, waiter, server, host, hostess, busser, baker, bartender, donut maker, etc., this will be easy and fun for you.
