QUALIFICATION:
- Must have at least 3 year of sushi chef experience
- Strong understanding of Fish and food quality
- Food Safety is the number one priority.
- Take initiative to keep a clean station, be punctual, & vigilant of preparation & Ingredients.
- Able to work as part of a team, communicate clearly.
- Communicate with customers at sushi bar maintaining a welcoming environment.
