Samurai Japanese Restaurant is currently looking for a dishwasher, sushi chef, and kitchen chef.
Samurai is a family owned and operated Japanese fine dining, sushi bar, and Japanese Steakhouse restaurant in Solana Beach since 1979, tucked in the Vons shopping center right off the 5 Freeway. Samurai, have been serving North County San Diego since 1979. We focus on Japanese cuisine including omakase, sashimi, nigiri, and rolls. We've got a full bar along with liquors, cocktails, wines, beers, and sakes.
Requirements for experienced sushi chef:
Must have experience as a sushi chef
Must be good with customers and other employees
Must work in an efficient manner
Quick learner
Good attitude
Reliable
Be able to multitask
Team worker
Reliable means of transportation
