THE JOB
We’re looking for experienced kitchen professionals who are passionate about the culinary industry and interested in growing with our company. Our team needs a Dough Production / Prep Cook for a full-time position. If you love food, thrive on teamwork, and want a stable workplace with opportunities for growth, we’d love to connect with you.
Duties Include (But Are Not Limited To):
Preparing, scaling, and rolling dough by hand according to restaurant needs
Maintaining a clean, sanitized workstation to prevent cross-contamination (especially for gluten-free doughs)
Ensuring consistency by following established processes and recipes
Qualifications:
Dough-rolling experience (bakery, pizza, or similar)
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs unassisted
Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to follow recipes exactly
Familiarity with metric measurements / kilograms
Basic math skills for scaling recipes
Capability to work independently or with minimal direction
Proficient knife skills
PAY & BENEFITS
Base Pay: $19.00 per hour
Tips: Pooled tips typically add $5–$7/hr
Average $24–$26/hr total (gross)
Multiple healthcare options available for full-time staff (30+ hours a week)

SCHEDULING
8-hour shifts with a 30-minute break
Shifts generally start at 7am
40 - 45+ hours a week
Full-time availability preferred, but part-time opportunities may be considered for the right candidate.
