Job Posting: Assistant Innkeeper (Entry-Level)
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly and dependable individual to join our team as an Entry Level Assistant Innkeeper. In this role, you'll assist the Innkeeper with a variety of tasks, including guest reservations, guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage preparation. You’ll also help book healing services and ensure guests have the best experience possible. Flexibility is key, as this role includes working weekends and holidays.
Operating Hours: 7am - 6pm
Job Type: Part-time to Begin (12-20 hours per week, with potential to become Full Time for the right Candidate). Must have Open Availability to move into Full Time Availability, if FT is desired.
Responsibilities:
Assist with guest reservations and check-ins
Help provide excellent guest services, ensuring all needs are met
Take on housekeeping, laundry, and general upkeep of the property
Support food and beverage preparation and service
Assist with booking healing services for guests
Work well with the team to create a positive environment for guests and staff
Compensation:
Starting hourly rate (DOE) + commission
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers and technology
Willing to help out with all tasks (including dishes, laundry, etc.)
Responsible, detail-oriented, and professional
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented and adaptable, with a positive attitude
Dedicated to providing great service and supporting the team
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work weekends and holidays
