Looking for an experienced chef/kitchen manager who can run a kitchen and also work the line. This is not a "clipboard" position. We have a small team and need someone who will work a station.
Hours: 50hrs/week
Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday
Compensation: $85k+ annually

What we need:
Someone who knows how to run a clean & tight operation and consistently serve delicious food. Someone who is dependable and a good communicator. Catering/banquet experience is a plus. Experience with breakfast/lunch/dinner. Must know how to take charge and keep operating costs down.
