Chef/Kitchen Manager

Looking for an experienced chef/kitchen manager who can run a kitchen and also work the line. This is not a "clipboard" position. We have a small team and need someone who will work a station.

Hours: 50hrs/week

Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday

Compensation: $85k+ annually

Who we are:

A private club in Point Loma.

What we need:

Someone who knows how to run a clean & tight operation and consistently serve delicious food. Someone who is dependable and a good communicator. Catering/banquet experience is a plus. Experience with breakfast/lunch/dinner. Must know how to take charge and keep operating costs down.

Pay is good, vibe is good, kitchen is spacious, location is beautiful, team members are solid, and overall is a low-stress work place.
