Part Time Accountant

We have a part time accounting opportunity available for our life sciences manufacturing company. This is a remote position with a preference for the person to be in Southern California area, about 10-15 hours per week on average but should have some availability during normal business hours to allow for collaboration occasional check ins. This is a seasonal job that could last 4-6 months but could go longer. Duties include accounts payable, payroll processing, account reconciliation, coding of corporate credit card transaction by department, reviewing expense accounts on Expensify, special projects as directed by corporate controller. QuickBooks experience preferable. We also use Expensify, Bill.com and we are migrating to NetSuite. Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (2-3 years) preferred.
