We are a small machine shop located in Santee looking for a long-term A/P clerk with Administrative Assistant duties to start immediately. This is not a receptionist only position. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to all A/P responsibilities, answering phones, copying, filing, typing, office projects, and support estimating, to name a few.
If you have a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, good communication skills, both oral and written, willingness to learn, outstanding organizational skills, a professional attitude, and punctual with regular and consistent attendance, then we are looking for you. The position will start at part time (flexible and negotiable) while being trained, but will eventually become full time (we have a 4 day work week). Once full time, we offer benefits, vacation and paid holidays.
Minimum requirements:
HS diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in an office environment
General computer skills – MAC, Filemaker & Quickbooks experience a plus
