Outstanding biotech company has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Clerk.
Responsibilities to include:
Accounts payable data entry, specifically receiving in invoices through email inbox.
Sending invoices out for approval to various individuals.
Entering invoices into ERP system (SAP).
Creating check runs via ERP system.
Entering payments for approval in the bank.
Maintaining good vendor and intercompany relationships through responsive communication.
Month-end accruals for accounts payable.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1+ years' experience in accounts payable processes.
Preferable knowledge of SAP.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Ability to work within deadlines and prepared to work under pressure.
