Job Description:
As a Remote Telemarketing Specialist at DHW Insurance Brokers, you will be responsible for promoting our insurance products and services through outbound calls to potential customers. While no insurance license is required for this role, preferred candidates will have sales experience, within the insurance industry is a bonus!

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to market DHW Insurance Brokers' products and services
Identify and qualify potential customers by gathering relevant information about their insurance needs, financial situation, and preferences
Schedule appointments and meetings for licensed agents with potential customers to further discuss insurance options and close deals
Collaborate with the licensed agent to set and achieve marketing objectives
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise
Maintain a well-organized database of leads and prospects, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and quotas
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Strong people-oriented skills, with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking effectively
Proficient in learning computer functions relevant to the role
