We want confident sales superstars who seek out customer needs and present winning remodeling options for their living spaces.

Showcase stunning Milgard windows, James Hardie siding, GAF roofing and more as you transform homes. Build relationships, demonstrate top brands and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. With our diverse portfolio you'll find the ideal kitchen, bath, window, roofing and outdoor living solutions for each customer.

We provide up to 3 leads daily, training and ongoing support so you can focus on your strengths - consulting with homeowners, presenting innovative options and closing sales with a one call close.

If you're a proven sales pro who enjoys guiding customers through a "wow" presentation, we want to talk to you. Showcase beautiful home renovations in a rewarding, supportive environment as you achieve sales goals and transform lives.

Responsibilities:

Presents Companies products and features while complying with required style, size and price criteria

Adheres to Companies selling process so it reflects the needs of the consumer

Builds a quality commission sale that adheres to the customer's needs while driving Company revenue growth

Disposition’s appointment outcomes properly to allow accurate reporting in Company's reporting tools

Maintains the Company's required sit ratios for in-home sales presentations in order to maximize the potential conversion to net sales

Maintains the desired close percentage to ensure Company achieves required revenue targets

Ensures all contracts are complete and include pertinent elements needed for job installation with required documentation

Produces additional revenue through self-generated and referral activity

Performs other duties as assigned

A willingness to be trained on current product knowledge in the residential home improvement field as well as staying current on changes in the industry

Achieve agreed upon individual sales targets and outcomes while working and training with the sales manager

Coordinate sales effort with team members

Continuously improve through feedback and strive for personal growth

Skills:

An ability to travel within the greater Sacramento area on a daily basis

Proven time-management skills

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Proven work experience as a sales representative a plus

Excellent communication skills with a positive outlook

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Experience:

Sales related: 1 year (Preferred) In-Home Sales of the following products: Roofing, Siding, Windows, Decking, Kitchen & Bath

$70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year DOE
