Real Estate office in Elk Grove looking to fill a TC position. Hrs are 9:30 Am to 4PM/5PM depending on work load,
1. Secretaries and administrative assistants do routine clerical and organizational tasks
2. Greet and assist clients, both in person and over the phone
3. Knowledge in Real Estate
4. Manage real estate transactions disclosure package
5. Assist with resolving issues that arise during the transaction process
6. Knowledge in MLS
7. Knowledge in CAR forms
