Equipped with a large frame rack, heavy-duty lifts, and an oversized paint booth, iCrash Collision is prepared to handle everything from basic repairs to the most complex structural work. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Parts Representative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Procurement: Source, order, and manage parts for vehicle repairs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to support the service team.

Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of parts, track usage, and keep detailed records of stock levels.

Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability of necessary parts.

Quality Control: Inspect parts upon delivery to ensure they meet our high standards and specifications before being used in repairs.

Customer Support: Assist the service team with any parts-related questions or needs, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.

Documentation: Accurately document all parts transactions, including orders, deliveries, and returns.

Lot Porter Responsibilities: Assist in clean-up of shop, shuttling customers and detailing vehicles as needed.

Other: Other duties as assigned by the location manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an automotive parts or related field preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Familiarity with parts management software and inventory control systems is a plus.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
