We are looking for entry level candidates to join our team as we expand our assembly and manufacturing departments. All of our work is very custom and requires quick learning on each project with a "can do" attitude. Problem solving and team collaboration is an everyday occurrence. The right candidate will have high energy, positive attitude and be a team player, however should also be able to work independently.

Note: If you have any past sign making experience - we are very interested. This can be fabrication, vinyl work, assembly, field installation please apply and your compensation will be based on your overall experience. (This is not a requirement to apply for position)

You will be scheduled to work 8-10hr days and some Saturdays. If this workload does not fit your lifestyle please do not apply! If you like working with power tools, hand tools to shape wood, metal, and plastic this may be a great job for you to build a career.

Entry Level Shop Job Duties:

Sanding wood, metal, and plastic

Precision masking & taping

Small parts assembly with tolerances to .003-in

Clean and organize materials, hand tools, and work area every day

Maintain quality standards and control (Attention to Detail a MUST)

Plan and assess fabrication lead-times with production supervisor

Maintain a high level of shop cleanliness and organization

Help other fabrication departments as needed.

Skill Sets

Experience using manufacturing tools such as, saws, drill-press and a variety of routers

Knowledge of basic hand tools

Ability to lift at least 75 lbs, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for an extended period of time

Ability to work proactively, independently and in a team environment

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Basic computer skills for reading work orders and job tracking

Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime, as necessary

Hours of Operation:

M-F 7am - 3:30pm (regular hours)

M-F 6am - 5:00pm (overtime hours)

Saturday as needed
