Junior Outside Sales Associate
The Junior Sales Associate is a position within the sales department, responsible for generating new business. Achieved by meeting prospects on-site and networking within the industry. This role requires time out of the office, actively engaging with prospective clients to drive revenue.
You will represent company at various events, trade shows, and meetings to expand the company's market presence and foster long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify new leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and trade shows.
Sales Meetings: Schedule and conduct on-site meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present relevant Staffing solutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support.
Sales Goals: Surpass the company's sales targets and performance metrics.
Sales Reporting: Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales goals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position the company's products or services effectively.
Networking: Actively participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry associations to increase visibility and develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Experience: Previous experience in:
sales, customer service, or a related field like marketing is advantageous but not required.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and a positive attitude.

Working Conditions
Environment: Primarily out of the office, in Orange & Los Angeles Counties, to client sites, and industry-related activities.
Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for meetings and events, which may occur outside of standard business hours.
