Hello! We are a Heavy Equipment Rental and Underground Utility company based in Anaheim and Irvine.
We are looking for a motivated individual to work as an office administrator. This is an entry level position. Available for part time or full time. Monday through Friday. This is a great position for a college student! We will train! There is a lot of room for career growth!
Have a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and goals
Be able to multitask and stay organized
Understand Excel
Willing to learn Quickbooks
Strong fundamental math
Manage bank accounts
Manage change order logs
Have attention to detail
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word & Excel
Be able to work with multiple personality types
MUST HAVE a great attitude and a desire to grow and achieve
Demonstrate professionalism at all times!
