Job Summary

Hi there! We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our CCS team in Orange County! You will perform routine clerical and administrative functions to support the Office Manager. This role is essential for maintaining efficient, timely, and high-quality operations and executing a variety of projects/reports simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet established deadlines.

Essential Functions

Perform administrative duties which include answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies, and mails.

Conducts or assists with new hire onboarding orientation.

Prepare and send daily reports accurately and efficiently.

Using multiple systems to review, track, and pull reports.

Assist with events, conferences, and other projects.

Maintain a well-organized storage, including inventory control and filing systems.

Flexibility in job duties is required as a candidate may be asked to help in other departments depending on workload demands.

Follows safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments. Maintains a clean and safe work area.

This is a full-time hourly, permanent, on-site position (not remote).

Pay ($24 - $26/hr.) depends on experience.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in both English & Spanish - verbal and written communication skills.

Positive Attitude, Organized, Professional, and Quick learner.

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and employees.

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments with flexibility to work under changing priorities.

Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy in completing tasks with a high degree of confidentiality.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Ability to perform motions such as bending, sitting, walking, reaching with hands, grasping, pushing, stooping, and pulling.

Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., and up to 20+ lbs. occasionally with assistance.
