Job Title: Executive Operations & Finance Assistant
Location: in office in Orange County, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
About Us
We’re a fast-growing manufacturing and mobility company with multiple divisions across eCommerce, vehicle customization, and mobile business solutions. Our mission is to design and build best-in-class specialty vehicles that power entrepreneurs and brands across the country. As we scale, we’re looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented assistant to support the CEO and help bring structure to key operational and financial processes.
About the Role
This is not your average assistant role. We’re looking for a sharp, high-capacity generalist who thrives on solving problems, building systems, and keeping things moving—especially on the financial side of the business. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, helping to manage everything from project timelines to budgets, reports, and internal operations.
What You’ll Do
Support the CEO with daily task management, and high-priority projects
Assist with financial oversight: help track budgets, manage expenses, prep reports, coordinate with bookkeepers/accountants
Monitor key metrics (cash flow, sales, profitability) and help maintain weekly dashboards
Own light project management: follow up on tasks, organize internal SOPs, and improve workflows
Research vendors, handle administrative tasks, and manage vendor communications
Triage tasks across business units and help streamline operations wherever possible
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in an operations, finance assistant, or business generalist role
Strong with spreadsheets, financial tracking, and general business math
Tech-savvy: comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Project management tracking, etc.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
A problem-solver who takes initiative, learns fast, and doesn’t need their hand held
Bonus: experience in startups, small businesses, or working directly with founders
What You’ll Get
A front-row seat to a fast-moving, growing business with direct exposure to the CEO
Flexibility to help shape the systems and processes of a scaling organization
The ability to grow into a broader operations or strategic role over time
Competitive pay, flexible hours, and a collaborative, ambitious team culture
