Data Entry / Administrative and Service Brokerage Wealth Financial Planning Firm We are looking for an experienced individual that is a self-starter and who is adaptable to work in a fast-paced high volume professional financial planning office. Duties include but not limited to: 1. Prepare new and update client investment account forms. 2. Package and present account forms to advisor for client completion. 3. Correspond with clients professionally over phone or in person. 4. Quickly respond to document changes and Advisor/Client needs. 5. Ensure forms are compliant, correct, and up to date. 6. Perform service-related client needs. Requirements are: Comfortable and efficient with computers including Microsoft applications Able to Multi-Task Accountable in assignment completion Compliance minded Quick response to task changes Detail oriented Friendly and outgoing!
