We are looking for a highly motivated Data Entry Clerk. Success in this position will require meticulous organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to keep a large number of projects/tasks going concurrently.
All potential candidates must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
Daily tasks will also include working within NetSuite, as well as various back-ends of online storefronts, and some working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets will be necessary. Other tasks could involve other administrative-type tasks, as we are a small firm, and employees are expected to wear multiple “hats”.
At least 2 year’s experience in a professional office environment preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets is also preferred. Note a typing assessment may be given during the interview process.

This position is a full time position. The hours would be 8 hours a day, from either 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. depending on what shift is required. Overtime might be needed at times, and Saturdays are a possibility as well.
