This position involves researching causes of action and law, pulling up BAJI and CACI instructions, and writing facts that have already been collected for a complaint. It may also involve pulling up samples of complaints, answers, discovery, etc. for certain types of lawsuits. The ideal person would have access to a law library with updated books or access to online legal research and be responsive when the attorney contacts them.
The person can do the work from their home and communicate with the attorney by email or text.
