A small law firm in Mission Viejo, CA specializing in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate and Entity Formation is searching for a dynamic Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join their team!
This role involves a variety of administrative and legal tasks to support a team of two attorneys at the firms Orange County office where you will be responsible for drafting trusts, wills, durable powers of attorneys, health care directives, deeds, and other trust and estate plan documents. Responsibilities may also include all phases of trust and probate administration. Candidates with paralegal experience is a huge plus!
