Attorney

CSLEA, a State labor organization, seeks to fill an upcoming vacancy in its satellite office in Huntington Beach. Experience in representing public sector employees is preferred and salary is commensurate with experience. The position is hybrid with three days per week in-office and two remote. Work week is generally 40 hours but occasional overtime and weekend work is required. Candidate will provide legal advice to CSLEA-represented employees via email and phone and will periodically travel throughout Southern California to provide representation at administrative interviews, resulting disciplinary appeals, escalation of contract grievances through the applicable process including arbitration and participation in meetings with various State departments and CalHR.
