Staffing Agency Recruitor Coordinator

National Staffing Agency seeking to hire an experienced coordinator in our Orange, CA office. Since 1977, The Liberty Group partners with multifamily apartment communities placing leasing, management, housekeepers, groundskeepers, accountants, maintenance technicians and more in temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire positions.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Answer and pre-screen candidate ad calls.

2. Conduct in office recruiting calls.

3. Identify candidates for temporary staffing positions.

4. Review resumes, pre-qualify, and evaluate/test all qualified candidates.

5. Hires and terminates candidates and enters into pertinent front office software.

6. Perform reference checks to verify candidates’ experience and employment history. Utilize these calls to multi-task for additional business.

7. Reviews background checks.

8. Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the recruiting function.

9. Takes client telephone job orders and enters into pertinent front office software.

10. Identify staffing requirements of client’s job order.

11. Select and assign appropriate temporary staff to fulfill client’s requirements and maximize gross margin.

12. Performs candidate arrival and quality assurance calls.

13. Maintain contact with temporaries on assignment as well as those not on assignment in order to proactively handle problems, maintain productive employee/employer relationships, and increase sales.

14. Process payroll and delivers to Payroll Specialist to complete.

15. Ad hoc reports.

16. Perform telemarketing sales calls.

17. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation by tracking all candidate and client interaction by entering information into pertinent front office software.

18. Attend outside professional organization functions as required.

19. Occasionally is on call to handle emergency phone calls from clients which involves a minimal amount of time. Employee is not restricted in any manner as to how or from where these calls are responded to.”

20. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1 Knowledge or familiarity with wage and hour labor laws, EEOC and ADA laws.

2 Staffing/scheduling knowledge base.

3 Excellent customer service skills.

4 Positive and energetic attitude.

5 Detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task.

6 Self starter who is highly organized and able to make logical decisions.

7 Work independently, but also have a strong commitment to being a team player.

8 Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook skills.

9 Excellent written and oral skills.

10 Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. Bilingual Spanish is helpful.
