Project Superintendent w/Tenant Improvement Experience

Well established Southern California based commercial general contractor looking for a qualified Project Superintendent to support our Orange County/LA office. Candidate must possess a minimum of ten years in the construction industry and have significant experience with commercial office tenant improvements. Specifically we want a candidate with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and superior organization skills. Applicant must be detail oriented, a self-starter, have exceptional verbal & written communication skills, strong managerial & supervisory skills, the ability to oversee subcontractors & foremen, possess the ability to create, maintain & update construction CPM schedules in Microsoft Project, have experience with Procore CM software, be OSHA 30 certified and have current CPR training. In addition, candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Windows and Outlook. Please include a detailed completed project list with resume.
