Duties:
1. Manage orders from Shopify, ebay, amazon
2. Manage Mailchimp
3. Provide excellent customer service over the phone, email and walk in
4. Logistic help as needed (packaging, shipping and delivery
5. Stock up inventory from the shelf
6. Ensure timely shipping of all orders
7. Manage social media, and support as needed.
8. Provide general administrative support as needed to the team.
9. Weekly Inventory count and execute purchasing of inventory
10. Vendor communication
11. Customer communication
12. Manage morning team meeting
13. Update company SOP
14. File UPS/Fedex lost and damaged claims
15. Oversee and manage day to day company operations
16. Update website, amazon, ebay listings
17. Collaborate with other departments to rsole customer issues
18. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns
20. Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Excellent organizational skills
3. Must be motivated and hard working
4. Excel, Google Suite experience required
5. Shopify experience is strongly preferred
6. Previous administrative experience desired
7. Previous Social Media experience desired
8. Excellent problem solving skills
