We’re a growing company that provides customer support services to large clients, primarily in the food delivery industry. As our client base grows, we’re looking for reliable and responsible remote assistants to join our team. Your main job will be helping customers by responding to messages, solving simple problems, and making sure they get the help they need quickly and professionally.
This is a fully remote position, which means you can work from anywhere as long as you have a stable internet connection and a computer or laptop. You’ll be answering customer inquiries, assisting with common delivery issues (like missing or delayed orders), and making sure that all problems are handled in a friendly, helpful manner. If a case is more complicated, you’ll pass it along to the appropriate team — we’ll train you on how to do that.
We don’t require prior experience, although it’s a plus. What matters most is that you’re dependable, communicate clearly, and are ready to learn. We provide full training, step-by-step instructions, and support so you’ll always know what to do. This is a great opportunity for students, stay-at-home parents, freelancers, or anyone looking for stable remote work with flexible hours. You can work part-time or full-time — we’re open to different schedules.
