We are seeking a Customer Service Support Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with both internal and external customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great experience with our company.
While this position involves sitting for extended periods throughout the day, candidates must also be physically fit and flexible enough to move quickly when needed, including occasionally going up and down stairs
The ideal candidate:
MUST be Bilingual with English and Spanish speaking skills
has a strong understanding of basic Excel functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, as well as the ability to format cells
is able to work well under pressure
Key Responsibilities
Receive a high volume of inbound calls, text messages, and emails
Use customer service best practices to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
Data entry submissions with attention to detail
Attend ongoing trainings to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong active listening skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
