We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our growing companies. Asia International is a family owned and operated business that has distribution facilities in Northern and Southern California. Our corporate office services our clients and our distribution businesses from Santa Ana. One of our businesses, The Wagyu Shop, handles perishable shipments through FedEx. We need to monitor and track the shipments to make sure deliveries are made on time. If there are missed deliveries, we need to work promptly with FedEx to provide redelivery attempts. It is a high priority to have the perishable items delivered on the correct day or they will spoil. Your efforts will ensure our clients receive their shipments on time and in great condition.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Data entry
Monitor shipment progress on the FedEx website
Call FedEx for redelivery attempts
Maintain spreadsheets
Support the accounting department
Training will be provided
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Great attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent phone skills
Customer service experience
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to learn, adapt, and prioritize
Working Hours:
Monday through Friday
7:00am – 4:00pm
Hourly Pay: $19 – $21 DOE
