Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and skilled in data entry? We are looking to build a dynamic team of Customer Service Clerks for a 6-month opportunity in Brea, CA.
Position Details:
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
Respond promptly to emails and customer requests
Effectively multitask between phone calls and data entry tasks
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or data entry is a plus
