Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative.

Success in this position will require meticulous organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to keep a large number of projects/tasks going concurrently. All potential candidates must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail, and they have ability to learn a large amount of technical data in regards to our products.

Daily tasks include (and certainly are not limited to):

Respond to 30-50 Customer Service emails

Provide product support over the phone and email

Redirect incoming calls to appropriate departments as required

Listen to and resolve customer complaints, and help customers resolve service issues

Follow up with customers via phone and email

Complete order entry in our CRM-ERP system NetSuite

Required to attend some trade shows throughout the year

Qualifications:

Strong mathematical skills

At least 2 years experience in a professional office environment preferred

Some college coursework required

Ability to commute to our Fountain Valley, California office full time

There is a two-week training period. Candidates are expected to show diligence and attentiveness during these training periods. Training will be on going as our product line is extensive and constantly evolving.
