ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Tax Accountant & Bookkeeper using QuickBooks at Accurate Accounting & Tax Services Inc located in La Habra, CA. As a Tax Accountant & Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, performing general accounting tasks, and preparing individual and business tax returns. Your daily responsibilities will include reconciling bank statements and loan accounts and preparing tax returns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as an Accounting Bookkeeper or similar role
Proficiency in Quickbooks Enterprise
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational tasks
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
EDUCATION:
Bachelors in Accounting is preferred but not required
EA or CPA candidate will be highly considered
