Small CPA firm looking for an experienced tax accountant to join our team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2. Must have 3-4 years experience in a public accounting firm
3. CPA license preferred or working toward passing the CPA exam
Should be able to:
1. Prepare individual and business tax returns ( S Corp, C Corp and Partnerships)
2. Review and analyze financial statements and make necessary adjusting journal entries
3. Supervise staff accountant and bookkeeper
4. Respond to clients questions and assist with tax authority notices
5. Generate financial statements to be provided to clients on retainer
Salary will commensurate with experience.
