We are looking for a Full Time Accounting Clerk or Bookkeeping Clerk for an In-Office Position.
Responsibilities
1. Maintaining Financial Records on Quickbooks
2. Run Reports for Management
3. Recording a wide range of Financial Transactions
4. Depend on the Business they support.
5. Must be Flexible and Able to Adapt.
Duties
1. Offering Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistance to Accountants
2. Prepare Financial Statements
3. Confirm the Accuracy of Accounting Database Information.
4. Invoicing
5. Must be able to Keep Information Confidential at all times.
6. Must maintain a clean work environment.
Applicants must have a working knowledge of Quickbooks.
This position is a Full Time In-Person position.
The position is Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
