We are a fast-growing wholesale swimwear company in the fashion district seeking a full time Sales Representative to join our team! We are seeking a fast learner to answer calls and emails to resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Very friendly working environment, job is easy and flexible.
Work Hour:
9:30am - 5:30pm
Pay:
$18/hr after 3 months of paid probation.(confirmation of probation is flexible based on personal ability)
Sales Rep Responsibilities:
- Experienced in wholesale business
- Experienced on how to run social media pages like instagram, facebook and TikTok
- Lead to sale of customer that work in to the store
- Organize display/inventory products daily
- Track stocks
- Update trackings with customers
-Answering phone calls and replying emails
-Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers in store/ online
-Prospect and contact potential customers
-Reach agreed upon sales targets or new customers target by the deadline
-Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
-Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
-Create sales material to present to customers
- gain professional knowledge of swimwear and all other products we are selling
- help move boxes, unbox and pack orders sometimes.
- keep showroom neat all the time
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong learning ability

-Deadline and detail-oriented
-Bilingual in English (necessary) and Spanish (necessary), need to be good in both typing and speaking
