We're currently seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our dynamic team as an Event Sales Representative. This is not your typical sales position; we're seeking someone who thrives in the lively atmosphere of community events (think: farmers markets, sporting events, retail pop-ups, etc). We are currently hiring this position in the Bay Area, Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Responsibilities: Experiment with community marketing initiatives such as in-person retail pop-ups, farmers markets, real estate expos, and local flyering.Perform event setup, including arranging product displays, signage, and promotional materials.Initiate genuine conversations, effectively conveying Realm's renovation advisory service to spark interest, generate leads, book meetings, and drive sales.Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering positive relationships.Meet individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team goals. Requirements: Proven success in sales, preferably in events, retail, real estate, or construction.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build relationships.Have access to a reliable vehicle for transporting event equipment such as a tent, table, marketing materials, etc.Proficiency in using technology, including point-of-sale systems, tablets, and CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive attitude.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close salesFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by event schedules.
