Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This is a commission-only position with the potential for substantial earnings based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the event and creative industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify and target potential clients, including event planners, corporate clients, and high-profile venues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the event and creative industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-only environment.
