Long standing property management company looking for a live-on-site residential property manager in Wilmington.

Must have a valid driver's license
THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION
- must have property manager experience at a 30+ unit property for a year or more
- must have experience with marketing
- must be willing to communicate effectively with tenants as well as management
- must speak Spanish
- must be able to handle challenging situations
- must be willing to live on-site
- must be willing to work as a team
