We are looking to hire a new on-site manager preferably a couple to manage the daily tasks for a 16 unit building located in Pasadena and maintenance person for 4 buildings. The ideal candidate should have prior on-site property management experience: handling maintenance requests, daily activities, leasing units and meeting with vendors and contractors. It’s a great opportunity for the right couple or individual. Looking for someone to start immediately.
Candidates should be self-starters, be able to prioritize and motivated. Must be able to use a computer, scanner, keep good records and have strong oral & written communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
- Perform basic maintenance.
- Walk property minimum of 4 times a week.
- Communicate directly with tenants and schedule all repair requests.
- Be available to show and lease vacant units.
- Complete and serve notices when required.
