Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and motivated professional to join our beautiful 68-unit apartment community in Studio City as a full-time Property Manager. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and enhancing the overall living experience within our community.

Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of maintenance and office staff
Address resident complaints and resolve problems when necessary
Be available to respond to emergency calls
Supervise all aspects of daily property operations including but not limited to: Rent Collections, maintain curb appeal, resident relation and retention, show vacant apartments to prospective renters, oversee entire unit turnover process and inspect to company standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in leasing, sales and customer service
Organized, self-motivated and able to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to motivate, manage and lead a team
Two years minimum experience in managing at least 100 conventional rental units
Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing Law and California Real Estate law as it pertains to property management
Computer literate (Yardi, Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Calendars, Posting Craigslist ads)
A professional appearance and great attitude
Excellent credit history is required

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $16.78 - $18.00 per hour
