Looking for a full-time resident manager for a large well-maintained apartment building in Hollywood.
This can't be a part-time or a second job. You will need to be onsite most of the day to deal with building/tenant issues.
You need to be someone who is stable, responsible and detail oriented. Someone who keeps good records and is punctual.
You need to be someone who commands the respect of the other tenants in the building.
You will be responsible for keeping the building clean.
You will meet with building vendors/contractors/suppliers and monitor construction/renovations.
You will either know how to do light plumbing repairs and other maintenance, or at least be willing to learn.
You will collect rents and help coordinate building collections.
Light construction jobs like patching/painting, changing lightbulbs and other miscellaneous jobs won't be something you're afraid to tackle.
You are honest to a fault and always err on the side of transparency and forthrightness.
