Assistant Property Manager for short term rentals

I am looking to hire an assistant manager for 5 units. This is a part-time position. The duties include checking and inspecting the properties on a weekly basis, repairing any minor repairs, clean the laundry and garage when needed. If some one is locked out help the person even it is at 10:00 pm. Report to me and take photos of the property, cleaning on the outside of the property when needed. Make sure the trash cans are clean and not in front of the downstairs unit, clean the outside windows on the lower level.
