What You'll Be Doing:Scheduling Superhero: Work closely with our Service Supervisor to review and optimize daily service schedules. Your keen eye will help streamline procedures and minimize scheduling errors – you'll be the efficiency expert we never knew we needed!Tech Troubleshooter: Assist with remote monitoring of client systems, perform basic diagnostics, and reboot devices when necessary. You'll help keep our clients' tech in tip-top shape! Service Order Guru: Review service calls and installations, manage work orders, and update return punch lists. You'll keep our department running smoothly like clockwork!Parts and Tools Support: Help the Service Supervisor request parts for service and installations. You'll team up with the Warehouse Coordinator to ensure everything is ready for fieldwork.Customer Service Champion: Take technician calls, prioritize service needs, provide basic troubleshooting, and alert the Service Supervisor if dispatch is required. You'll be our first line of support!RMAs and Gear Maintenance: Assist with RMA processing, troubleshooting, and equipment drop-offs/pick-ups. You'll ensure our service tools and fleet are always in top condition.Data and Reporting Whiz: Organize service schedules, maintain client data, and prepare monthly reports for the Service Supervisor. Your attention to detail will make all the difference!Travel Coordinator: Book travel arrangements for team members when needed. You'll manage flight, hotel, and car bookings, making sure everything is organized for successful business trips.
