Administrative Assistant and Customer Service
We are looking for a reliable, people-oriented front - or back-office assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a high-paced office environment.
This unique opportunity involves various tasks, including managing busy phones, being the office administrative assistant, having face-to-face interactions with clients/tenants, having phone interactions with tenants and others, letter writing, and office assistance in administrative tasks. You'll be part of a BUSY WLA property management office, where every day is a new and exciting challenge.
This full-time position offers stability and a consistent work schedule from 8:30-5:00, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Computer knowledge/skills required (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Zillow)
Knowledge or experience with Appfolio property management is a plus
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Previous office or phone receptionist experience
Good letter-writing skills
Good communication skills and the ability to communicate well with others.
Punctual and Able to show up to work daily
Ability to work with and collaborate with others, with an "I CAN DO" attitude
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
