We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Leasing & Customer Service Assistant to help manage property viewings, assist with leasing opportunities and process daily customer orders. This role will also perform other duties as assigned. We will require strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and intermediate computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential tenants.
Communicate professionally with prospective renters and answer inquiries.
Assist with basic leasing processes and documentation.
Maintain and update property listings, including managing posts on Facebook Marketplace.
Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
Process daily customer orders.
Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and other computer applications.
Intermediate computer proficiency using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
