Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Assist with retail sales activities, including product demonstrations and sales transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Organize and maintain the showroom to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
- Proficient in using software applications for data entry, record keeping, and communication purposes
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals

Salary: $16.00 per hour plus commission
