Position: Office Project/Production Manager needed for a construction company.
Location: San Pedro, CA
Schedule: Flexible. Monday-Friday: 7AM-3PM/8AM-4PM/9AM-5PM
Duties:
1. Communicate/negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
2. Creating subcontractor checks each week.
3. Data entry.
4. Close and open customer files.
5. Oversee and manage projects to make sure subs are completing in a timely manner.
6. Will be organizing all the projects from the top down with salesmen.
7. Sending plans and designs for bidding. Submitting for permits. Calling for inspections.
Requirements:
1. Must have 2+ years experience in construction.
2. Must know how to read plans/blueprints.
3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy.
5. High communication skills.
6. Experience with QuickBooks, One Drive, & Microsoft Excel, preferred.
7. Must understand how to build a house from A-Z.
8. Must be able to pass a background check/polygraph test.
Compensation: $6,000-$8,000 per month plus bonuses.
